Kame Charity is a blockchain-based charitable donation platform that enables users to:

• Connect Web3 wallets to authenticate and participate
• Browse and discover verified charitable campaigns
• Make cryptocurrency donations directly to campaign wallets
• Track donations transparently on blockchain networks
• View real-time campaign progress and impact

The Platform operates on various blockchain networks including but not limited to Base, Ethereum, and Polygon. All donations are processed as blockchain transactions.

3. User Accounts and Wallet Connection

3.1 Wallet Authentication

To use our services, you must connect a compatible Web3 wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur under your wallet address
• Ensuring you have the legal right to use the connected wallet
• Keeping your wallet software updated and secure

3.2 Account Responsibility

We do not store your private keys or have access to your funds. You acknowledge that losing access to your wallet may result in permanent loss of access to our Platform and any associated transaction history.

4. Donations and Transactions

4.1 Donation Process

When you make a donation through our Platform:

• Funds are sent directly from your wallet to the campaign's designated wallet
• Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• We do not hold, control, or have access to donated funds
• Transaction data including amount and message may be stored on-chain

4.2 Fees and Costs

Kame Charity does not charge platform fees for donations. However, you are responsible for:

• Blockchain network fees (gas fees) required for transaction processing
• Any fees charged by your wallet provider or exchange
• Currency conversion costs if applicable

4.3 Transaction Verification

All donations are recorded on public blockchains. You can verify your donations using the provided transaction hash on appropriate blockchain explorers. We provide this information for transparency but are not responsible for blockchain network performance or availability.

5. Campaign Verification and Disclaimers

5.1 Verification Process

While we make reasonable efforts to verify campaigns, you acknowledge that:

• Verification does not guarantee the legitimacy or success of any campaign
• Campaign creators are solely responsible for their campaign content and fund usage
• We do not endorse any specific campaign or cause
• Due diligence is your responsibility before making donations

5.2 Platform Disclaimer

Kame Charity acts as a technology platform facilitating connections between donors and campaigns. We are not a charity, financial institution, or money transmitter. We do not guarantee that donations will be used as intended by campaign creators.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Platform for:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Circumventing any security measures or access controls
• Creating false or misleading campaigns
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Using automated scripts or bots without permission

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary for Platform operation:

• Wallet addresses for authentication and transaction tracking
• Transaction data that is publicly available on blockchains
• Usage analytics to improve Platform performance
• Technical information about your browser and device

7.2 Blockchain Transparency

You understand that blockchain transactions are permanent and publicly visible. Donation amounts, wallet addresses, and transaction messages may be viewed by anyone with access to blockchain explorers.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices, wallets, or browsers
• Availability of any specific blockchain network
• Security against all possible cyber threats

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kame Charity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kame Charity and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. However, any blockchain transactions completed before termination remain permanent and cannot be reversed.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Kame Charity operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
